Due to Health Code Laws & the nature of intimate wear, All Sales are Final on Lingerie.

Any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable.

We will not accept returns on items in "other than new condition".

Clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered is considered to be in "other than new condition" and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We are not responsible for defects or damage caused by customer error.

Manufacturing Defects:

Claims of Manufacturing Defects must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of your order. If you make your claim within 7 days, Full Credit, including shipping charges, will be reimbursed to customer if return of goods is due to manufacturing defect. No Credit will be given on goods that have been altered in any way, or show signs of intentional tampering, or excessive wear.
